About Dr. Joyce Taylor.
Since 1987, Dr. Joyce has been studying, teaching and living God's word.
On July 9, 2001 Dr Joyce had an eye surgery that left her totally blind. In the midst of it all, Dr Joyce continued to spread God's word.
In 2004, she earned her Doctorate in Religious Education and she became licensed to minister in 2009.
Dr. Joyce is a sought after keynote speaker. In addition to running weekly Prayer Lines, she is also the founder and CEO of Rejoice Today Resources Unlimited, Inc., a 501c3 non-profit with the mission of assisting the blind and visually impaired or low vision to live independently by training and referring to already established resources.
Some of her accomplishments include, serving as the Vice President of the National Federation of the Blind, Melbourne Space Coast Chapter since 2019, teaching at Brevard Association for the Advancement of the Blind, graduating as the Valedictorian of her Doctoral Program as well as giving motivational speeches and teaching.
